And details of any unspent criminal convictions if required by a client or by us for the role you are applying to. Throughout our relationship, it’s likely that we may gather additional personal information about you from email and phone correspondence. Additionally, we may acquire personal data about you from third parties, including referees, publicly available sources like LinkedIn, job boards and social media platforms enabling us to identify more suitable roles and share your CV with clients (Independent Data Controllers) who have engaged with you during the job application process.

Including assessing your suitability for job vacancies and submitting your details to clients who have job vacancies that may be of interest to you.
